ROCKBAROC – Limited Edition table lamps are born from the encounter between contemporary photography, Street Art and classical imagery.

Each lampshade is created from original photographs of graffiti and urban interventions taken by Norma Picciotto in different cities around the world. These visual fragments, expressions of urban culture and spontaneous street language, merge with iconographic elements inspired by classical and Baroque art, creating an unexpected dialogue between past and present.

Printed on a semi-rigid translucent plastic material, the images allow a soft and enveloping light to filter through. Through intentional erasures and interventions on the original files, the light does not remain confined within the lampshade, but spreads onto the wall in luminous traces, transforming the surrounding space into a living surface.

Each lamp becomes a luminous and narrative object, halfway between sculpture, photography and design, capable of bringing art beyond the wall and making it inhabitable.

ROCKBAROC does not simply illuminate: it tells stories, layers meanings, leaves traces.
